New Wildfire Communication Templates Available

AlertMedia has released a set of Wildfire Communication Templates designed to help you quickly and effectively communicate with your employees before, during, and after a wildfire across email, text messages, voice calls and even mobile push notifications.

Research shows that, on average, the majority of wildfires actually occur in the Eastern and Central U.S., and from 2011-2020 there was an average of 63,000 wildfires each year which collectively impacted more than 7.5 million acres across the country.

The Multichannel Wildfire Communication Templates identify the types of events you need to prepare for and decide which channels to utilize to prepare your organization to communicate via every channel and in every scenario throughout the duration of a wildfire.

The ready-to-send templates are tailored to specific channels – text, email, phone, mobile app pushes, and webpages – to make sure you reach your employees regardless of their location, allowing you craft messaging for the multiple phases of a wildfire: wildfire in the area; office closure; offer assistance; evacuation; wildfire contained/clear; and post-wildfire needs survey.
