Continuity Insights Management Conference

The latest update to the International Glossary for Resilience is now available from DRI International. The glossary is a language guide ‘designed to improve communications and increase clarity across the business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience community.’

More than 2,100 unique terms and nearly two dozen reference documents were reviewed by a committee of industry leaders who volunteered their time to come up a common set of universal set of resiliency terms.

“For those of you familiar with the glossary, you will notice some changes, both to format and content,” commented Dean Gallup, MBCP, Chair of the Glossary Committee. “Our intent was to make the glossary more readable, easier to access, and consequently, more usable to those in the resilience community.”
