The Business Continuity Institute’s (BCI) latest research report examines the affects COVID-19 has had on global supply chains taking a look at the pandemic from two viewpoints: how organizations and their supply chains were prepared for such a global crisis, and what lessons have been learned about how organizations can ensure their supply chains are more robust moving forward.
The report is based on over 350 respondents from 77 countries and is supplemented by opinions of supply chain experts. The report covers three critical areas which include pandemic planning and COVID-19 readiness, supplier management and risk plans, operations management and logistics.
