PATRICK ALESI
CEO Office, Business Continuity Management, Nomura and Contingency Planning Exchange
Patrick Alesi is an Executive Director and Head of Business Continuity Management for the Americas region at Nomura, having joined the firm in June 2010. Mr. Alesi’s current responsibilities include strategic planning and incident response management as well as regulatory compliance for Business Continuity. Mr. Alesi previously worked for Lehman Brothers in the Business Continuity Management group, ultimately as global co-head of the function holding the title of Senior Vice President. Immediately following the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, Mr. Alesi was a Director at Barclays Capital, where he served on the IT Transition team overseeing the delivery of data and IT services to former Lehman entities. Mr. Alesi also worked at the New York Mercantile Exchange as its Director of Systems, Operations, and Database Administration. He has a broad range of technology experience in systems analysis, voice, and data communications. Mr. Alesi has served as Chairman of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Business Continuity Committee and as a member of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) BCP Committee.

CHEYENE MARLING
Executive Vice President of People Solutions and Program Analytics, Firestorm
Cheyene Marling, Hon. MBCI, has been an executive recruiter for more than 22 years, with 20 of those years specializing in the business continuity field. Her career as an executive recruiter began in Madison, Wisconsin shortly after graduating from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree. In Madison, she placed professionals at all levels, from programmers and accountants to professors. Shortly after moving to southern California in 1998, she joined Management Recruiters International (MRI) where she immediately began recruiting in the business continuity field. Cheyene quickly recognized that business continuity was getting lost within the large umbrella of MRI. She decided to forge a new company solely dedicated to business continuity and founded BC Management, Inc. In January 2018, BC Management became a part of Firestorm, a Novume (NASDAQ: NVMM) company.

KELSEY ROSE
Director of Global Operations, DRI International
Kelsey Rose, CBCV, joined the DRI global operations team in 2013. As Director of Global Operations, she manages the activities of DRI and its partners outside of the United States in addition to providing internal project management for the organization. Prior to beginning this role, she provided operational and marketing support for the international network of partners and certified professionals in her capacity as Senior Global Marketing Strategist. She also implemented Thrive (now a part of Drive), DRI’s regional blogs, and worked together with leadership to help improve the website user experience for those outside of the United States. Kelsey serves as a liaison for DRI’s Young Leaders in Resilience committee. Kelsey has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in Global Liberal Studies and a Master of Sciences from the London School of Economics in Economy, Risk, and Society. TRACEY RICE
Vice President of Customer Engagement, Fusion Risk Management
Tracey is Vice President, Customer Engagement with Fusion Risk Management. Tracey brings 20 years of industry experience as a recognized industry leader and highly knowledgeable Business Continuity Management software solutions evangelist. She began her career at Strohl Systems, then SunGard Availability Services. As a product evangelist and passionate customer advocate, she is helping to build the Fusion community and enabling customers to achieve new and remarkable levels of success in their Continuity Risk Management programs.

JOSEPH ESPOSITO
Commissioner, New York City Department of Emergency Management
Joseph J. Esposito was appointed Commissioner of the New York City Emergency Management Department in 2014. He is responsible for oversight of the City’s efforts to plan and prepare for emergencies, educate the public about preparedness, coordinate emergency response and recovery, and disseminate emergency information. With more than 40 years in public service, Esposito has dedicated his career to public safety and preparedness.

ROBERT FUCITO
Vice President, Enterprise Business & Technology Resiliency, Fannie Mae and MADRA
Robert Fucito is currently the Head of Enterprise Business and Technology Resiliency at Fannie Mae, Washington DC, a position he assumed in August 2017.  Prior to this assignment, Fucito served as the Executive Director, Global Head of Resiliency – Treasury and Securities Services for J.P. Morgan and at JPMChase.  In these roles he integrated diverse teams to create a new CIB Resiliency Team, migrated to a common planning tool, assessed new organization procedures and planning, instituted quality program to improve content, consistency and sustainability. He  established many new “best practices” for the team and initiated risk assessments, awareness programs and strategic initiatives as part of a three-year vision.  Fucito has held previous executive positions at UBS, Alliance Bernstein, BNP Paribas, and MHT/Chemical/Chase.

MONICA GOLDSTEIN
CEO, RecoveryPlanner
Since 1995, Monica’s experience in business continuity planning and senior management within Business Continuity organizations has been comprehensive. Currently, she is a co-founder and CEO of RecoveryPlanner, a company providing BCM professional services and the comprehensive cloud-based Business Continuity Management system, RPX. Monica still makes it a point “to be in the field” to lead or participate in Business Continuity Planning projects and exercises. From 1995 until mid-2008, Monica was a part of the Senior Management Team for the CAPS Centers, an alternate site and BCM consulting company, where she also had the opportunity to project lead and participate in a variety of BCM projects and exercises.

KATHLEEN LUCEY
President, Montague Risk Management and NYC Chapter ACP
Kathleen Lucey has been a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) since 2000, and became Director of Risk Assessment and Incident Management at McGraw-Hill Financial Inc. in 2015. Prior to that she managed Montague Risk Management, a specialized consulting firm she founded in 1994. Her professional accomplishments include: Writing her first contingency plan for the move of a major data center at Amdahl Corp. in 1978; in 1984, she was one of the founding members of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA); in 1998, she was awarded IBM’s inaugural Business Continuity Practitioner of the Year Award; in 2005, she was inducted into the Contingency Planning and Management Hall of Fame; in 2008, she served as the founding president of the USA Chapter of the Business Continuity Institute; and in 2009, she was elected by the BCI membership to the Board of Directors of the Business Continuity Institute. She is currently a member of the BCI Global Membership Council and writes and speaks widely on many different resilience/recovery topics at professional conferences and journals.

RAMESH WARRIER
Director, eBRP
Managing Director Ramesh is the Managing Director and chief architect of eBRP Suite. His responsibilities include designing new features and functionality to meet tomorrow’s needs today. A graduate of IIT / Kanpur, Ramesh has nearly 30 years of experience in various Business & Technology roles, more than 20 of which have been in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery planning. Ramesh worked at TATA, TD Bank and GE Capital prior to founding eBRP.

BOB KLEMME
Business Continuity Manager, Verizon Wireless
Bob Klemme has managed the Verizon Wireless Business Continuity program since 2003. This includes crisis management, recovery plans and tests for mission critical functions, and coordinating outreach activities with customers and government agencies. Bob and his team have supported and responded to over 100 disaster events including: hurricanes, wildfires, floods, tornados, and National Special Security Events. Bob has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

ROBBIE ATABAIGI
KPMG LLP
Robbie is a manager with KPMG LLP’s Southeast Cyber practice in Atlanta. She has more than 29 years of experience in developing and evaluating many aspects of enterprise risk management including Emergency Preparedness and Response, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity for prominent international companies.   Robbie obtained her Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification from the DRI International in 1992 and her Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification in 2007.  In addition, she obtained her MBCI (Member of the Business of Continuity Institute) certification in 2012.  She also won the 2015 Business Continuity Institute’s Continuity and Resilience Consultant of the Year award. Prior to joining KPMG in 2003, she worked with an international financial company, as well as a Fortune 50 retail company where she assisted in the development and implementation of their enterprise-wide business continuity programs.
