ACP Names New Executive Director

Following a comprehensive, national search, the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) has announced that Isaiah Allen has been named the organization’s new executive director.

“Isaiah’s strengths are with organizations in transition and his passion is for helping associations establish and implement sound culture, effective systems, and sustainable strategies,” said ACP National Board Chair Scott Ream. “He joined our association management company, Management HQ (MHQ), three years ago, with a background in nonprofit leadership and a masters degree in divinity.”

Allen’s official start date as the ACP executive director was September 10. He will be working closely alongside Dara Rudick, the ACP’s interim executive director at the National office to ensure that there is a smooth transition, and that members have no interruption in service.
