Bowling Team Sponsorship
Includes team t-shirts with your company logo, plus pre-, on-site, and post-event promotion. Teammates can be recruited during the event at the exhibit hall.
Voice Of America Broadcast Sponsorship
Alex Fullick’s internet radio program “Preparing for the Unexpected” will broadcast live from the show floor to interview attendees. As a sponsor of the broadcast, a top-ranking official from your organization can participate in an extensive one-on-one interview with the host.
Opening Night Exhibit Hall Reception
Sponsor receives signage at the event, plus additional benefits including pre-event promotion, acknowledgement in the opening keynote session announcement and in the event app, plus an exhibit hall announcement. Your company’s logo will also be included on the napkins and on tent cards during the reception.
Monday Luncheon

Headshot Studio
A professional photographer will take studio-quality photographs of attendees at an onsite studio. The attendees will choose their desired headshots to be emailed to them. The exclusive sponsor receives all pre-event and onsite recognition, along with branded messaging in the delivery of the finished product to the attendees.
Badge Lanyards
Badge holder features a clear plastic window and pouch for badge and event schedule, with a pen loop and pocket on the back. One-color sponsor logo imprinted on neck strap.
WiFi Sponsorship
Keep the attendees connected as the exclusive sponsor of WiFi access throughout the conference area. Includes sponsor’s logo, and message on landing page(s) and customized password, along with multiple WiFi signage throughout the meeting area.
Conference Padfolios
A durable polyester or PVC notebook with interior pockets, pen loop and perforated notepad will be distributed to all attendees. A one-color imprint of the sponsor’s logo, and the Continuity Insights Management Conference logo, will be featured on the padfolio.
Conference Mobile App
Exclusive sponsorship of the conference app, which includes the initial splash page, banner ads with links on several app pages, and sponsor acknowledgement on various pre-show and onsite push notifications.
Vendor Demonstrations Rooms
Exclusive use of a classroom, with AV equipment provided, to conduct interactive product/technology demonstrations. Five classrooms will be available with timeslots available throughout the day.
