BCM Career & Professional Development Study Launched

Based on numerous requests for BCM career development trends, BC Management has announced that it is conducting its 1st Edition BCM Career & Professional Development Study in partnership with Continuity Insights and the DRJ. The study will be used to evaluate career paths, competencies, and professional development within the Business Continuity profession.

Study participants will receive data findings an assessment of the hard and soft skills within the BCM profession (based on job title and years of experience), trends in career assessment and management, tips on training and personal development, and an assessment of the top skills in demand by hiring managers (cross correlation to job title).

Additionally, all respondents will receive a customized BCM Peer Career Benchmarking Dashboard Years of Experience and/or Job Title.

Participation in the survey is complimentary and confidential.
