The UK released “Organisational Resilience Guidance for UK Government Departments, Agencies and Arm’s Length Bodies.

The non mandatory guidelines aim to help these entities understand the different aspects of resilience, and key considerations to keep in mind when creating a resilience plan. This guidance is a follow up to the UK’s 2022 Government Resilience Framework.

It provides definitions, questions organizations should be asking, and critical practices to implement to build and support a culture of resilience. The guidance will help organizations “define and refine their own approach to organizational resilience.”
