Report: The State of Enterprise Data Resiliency and Disaster Recovery 2019

Data centers hold valuable assets for enterprise companies, and the threat of a disaster continues to pose significant challenges. Organizations need to protect their data from attack or disaster, and it’s critical to have an effective recovery plan in case data is lost or damaged.

Read the report, “The State of Enterprise Data Resiliency and Disaster Recovery 2019,” to learn why organizations anticipate an increase in their DR investments in the coming years and why the vast majority are considering a shift to public cloud, along with other key findings:

  • More than 50% of respondents indicated their organization experienced a DR event in the past 24 months
  • 89% of IT leaders reported ransomware is the #1 threat to organizations’ data security
  • If or when disaster strikes, IT leaders expressed their top concerns were loss of productivity (74%) and the inability to operate their businesses (65%)
  • Nearly one-in-four respondents stated that their organization isn’t responding to DR events as effectively as it could be.
