Registration is open for the Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) April webinar – Emergency Management in Complex Environments – which will address the use of Lean Management in a Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center in a major Academic Medical Center. The webinar is scheduled for April 18, 2018.
Stanford Medicine is the only Trauma Center between San Francisco and San Jose, daily operations are incredibly complex when hundreds of lives are in your care. Every emergency is potentially a life and death situation. The presentation will share lessons learned from the 2013 Asiana Airline crash at SFO which resulted in 55 patients being transported to Stanford.
