Preparing for and Recovering from Cyber Attack Crisis Situations

In a recent post for Forbes, contributing writer Edward Segal, author of Crisis Ahead — 101 Ways to Prepare for and Bounce Back from Disasters, Scandals, and Other Emergencies, advises that while there are no iron-clad protections against cyber attack crisis situations, there are basic steps companies should to help prepare for, recover from, and get back to business as soon as possible.

He discusses seven ways to help prepare:

  3. Prepare Response Plans

  5. Establish Working Relationships
  6. Make Continuous Updates
