New York ACP Metro Announces April Meeting Date and Speaker

The New York City Metro ACP Chapter has announced that “Observations From When the World Went Sideways: A Business Resilience Perspective” will be the topic of discussion at its April meeting. The session will take place on Wednesday, April 21, 2020 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at via Zoom.

The past year has been full of learning and changing perspectives. Where is the road taking us going forward? What does resilience mean now?

Alice Kaltenmark Hon FBCI, MBC, will reprise her recent Continuity Insights’ panel discussion as she shares observations from her own experience and some gleaned from The BCI’s research. She’ll touch on the evolution of resilience in today’s pandemic and post-pandemic world, how it has changed perspectives and impacted strategic thinking/planning.

About the Speaker: Alice Kaltenmark joined the BCI USA Chapter board as a voluntary board member in 2015 and is currently the chapter president. Her professional experience spans over 20 years in business continuity and disaster recovery in the information solutions industry and over 40 years in IT.

Kaltenmark leads the global technical resilience (ITDR) governance program for the LexisNexis Legal & Professional division of RELX and leads the LexisNexis Infrastructure & Technology Operations (LN I&O) business continuity and disaster recovery program.
