New Director of BC/DR Joins Fairchild Resiliency Systems

Full-service business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) consulting firm Fairchild Resiliency Systems has announced the appointment of Nicole Hoyle, MBCP, CISA to the position of director of business continuity and disaster recovery.

In her new position, Hoyle will oversee platform integration and optimization for MaestroRS™, Fairchild’s innovative software solution that operationalizes business continuity and disaster recovery, allowing organizations to leverage standard workflows and establish a culture of resilience. Hoyle will ensure the platform’s ease of adoption, ongoing use, overall efficiency and automation within day-to-day operations.

The plan focused on managing risk, protecting the company and stakeholders, redefining enterprise resiliency on behalf of the company’s clients, and working closely with federal and local governments to ensure synchronization of response capabilities.

“Nicole is a proven leader and has overseen business continuity program development and implementations for organizations across the world,” said Fairchild Resiliency Systems Managing Director Aaron Callaway. “During this time of organizational growth, we believe our clients and employees will continue to thrive and benefit from her vast experience, strategic thinking and leadership.”
