Managing a Returning Workforce and Ensuring Business Continuity

How do we manage the returning workforce? According to a survey by PwC, only 22% of CFOs claim they could return to “business as usual” within a month after the Covid-19 outbreak ends. This in itself is an unfortunate statistic. However, couple it with the fact that it doesn’t appear as though our current crisis will be completely over anytime soon, and it becomes obvious that significant changes in business operations need to be made.

To ensure a successful return of the workforce and to maintain business continuity throughout any crisis, you need to put the right tools and procedures in place. It starts with ensuring workers have the right tools.
