The full conference program, including speakers, sessions, plenaries, and panel discussions, is available for download here.

The preliminary schedule kicks off on Saturday and Sunday, October 2-3, with a selection of pre-conference workshops and certification classes, providing in-depth learning related to key business continuity and resilience topics.

The main conference will commence on Monday, October 4. The opening keynote will explore Critical IT Infrastructure Resilience: Pre- and Post-Pandemic.

Given that critical infrastructures, processes, policies, supply chain, cloud, networking, along with a myriad of essential protocols that were designed and built pre-COVID, what challenges and vulnerabilities did COVID reveal? While many organizations quickly adapted and responded effectively, many did not. This presentation will unlock some of the key lessons learned and best practices developed to help you be better prepared for the next big event.

Continuing Education
The rate of change within the profession mandates that business continuity practitioners remain current with industry certifications. It’s the unspoken commitment to serving organizations of all sizes to ensure that continue to operate at full capacity without interruption. Attendance at the 2021 conference will provide up to 29 continuing education credits (CEUs).

Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other practitioners during attendee breakfasts, lunches, breaks between sessions, and a second reception in the exhibit hall on Monday evening. More than 40 business continuity service providers and consultants will be demonstrating products and answering questions in a relaxed setting during exhibit hours.

The main conference program will conclude at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6.

Post-conference certification and workshops will take place on Thursday, October 7 and Friday, October 8. Both pre- and post-conference programs are available to all attendees for an additional fee outside the conference registration.
