Peter Gaynor was confirmed by the Senate on October 11, 2018 as the Deputy Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Since March 8, 2019 he has been serving as the Acting Administrator. He recently spoke with senior fellow and Emergency Management magazine contributing writer Eric Holdeman about the future of emergency management and the nation’s ability to develop resilience.
