Crisis Communications & Emergency Notification Survey Released

The Disaster Resource Guide has released the results of its recent survey on how organizations are managing their crisis communications and leveraging notification technology. The Crisis Communications & Emergency Notification Survey was sponsored by OnSolve.

The survey results have been compiled to allow BC/DR professionals to compare their organization with industry peers and review the trends that are shaping critical incident response today.

Among the report’s key findings:

  • 28% of organizations said their primary challenge with workforce notifications is reaching geographically-dispersed employees spread across multiple locations in the U.S. and abroad.
  • 22% of those surveyed said having up-to-date employee contact info is their primary concern with emergency workforce notifications.
