The ninth annual Continuity Insights New York Conference will kick off on Monday, October 19, 2020. This virtual, week-long event (Oct. 19-23) will take place entirely online with a full agenda of more than two dozen live and on-demand sessions planned.

The virtual event is designed to meet today’s new normal featuring a top-notch interactive and immersive online experience for attendees. Those planning to attend can still register here through the end of the conference without missing a single session, as all presentations will be available for on-demand viewing though December 31, 2020.

The event will feature presentations by business continuity and resilience professionals from a wide range of industries. The conference includes sessions on emerging issues, training and professional development, technology enablement, and of course, the pandemic.

The Conference keynote presentation, “The Shape of Behavior, Society, the Workplace, and the Future,” will be presented by Hart Brown and George Vergolias, PsyD, of R3 Continuum.

In this topical keynote session, Brown and Vergolias will address the challenges of employee uncertainty to organizations today, what behavioral science tells us to expect tomorrow, and how these behavioral insights can help us to create value now and in the future.

The conference program includes nearly two dozen critically-relevant sessions presented by leading industry thought leaders, networking opportunities with your peers through the conference app, a virtual exhibit hall to view the latest products, software, and services, and valuable continuing education credits. With all sessions being recorded for on-demand viewing, attendees can experience even more of the top-flight educational program at their convenience.

Featured speakers include representatives from MIT, World Cares Center, BC Management, Boston University, KPMG, Behavioral Science Applications, Mazars USA, Asfalis Advisors, 911 Consulting, and more.

“With the weight of the pandemic impacting all of us, we plan on delivering one of our most diverse conference programs ever for New York,” said Robert Nakao, Executive Publisher of Continuity Insights. “Our goal is to provide education, networking, and the exchange of ideas and information to all business continuity professionals, from millennials to seasoned practitioners, regardless of the sophistication of their technology, industry, or company size, and presenting it in a format that’s convenient and mindful of our attendees day-to-day job responsibilities.”
