Cohen has had many successes in leading teams and aligning technology with business objectives over his 26-year career in the IT Managed Services space. Over the past three years with Continuity Centers, he has focused on streamlining processes and change control, and has implemented innovative technologies to continuously improve their customer support experience.
In his new role, Cohen will continue these advancements and help lead Continuity Centers in efficiently achieving their strategic objectives by ensuring that their processes, partners, and engineering and support teams, are continuously aligned with the ever-changing landscape of technology and customer requirements.
