Registration and access to the Continuity Insights New York conference is limited to professionals who are involved in business continuity, operational resilience, and related job functions for their organization. Individuals representing companies that sell products and/or services to the industry are not permitted to register at the stated attendee rate. All registrations will be reviewed, and if you register as an attendee representing a company selling products and/or services to the industry, Continuity Insights reserves the right to cancel your registration. Only event exhibitors may solicit their products or services to other attendees of the conference. Non-Solicitation/Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies. It is the Continuity Insights New York conference’s objective to do everything possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our Exhibitors to know that Continuity Insights will be vigilant in our efforts to stop non-exhibiting companies from soliciting business from our conference attendees.

Please note that any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit hall, in breakout sessions or in any other public space will be asked to leave immediately.  Exhibitors, please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.  Show Management recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly.  For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than any official Continuity Insights New York conference function, and will result in the removal of the responsible individual(s).
