
A new survey conducted by Continuity Central takes a close at whether organizations’ increasing focus on information security is impacting the line between business continuity and information security management (ISM). The results of the second annual survey were published this week.
One of the critical findings of the research shows the 62% of respondents believe that information security is “definitely” a business continuity issue. However, when it comes to information security, only 16% of respondents said that business continuity is wholly responsible for managing threats.
