P1: Workforce Resilience in the Wake of the Great Resignation

The Great Resignation is a crisis of epic proportions. Unlike a fire, flood, cyber attack, etc., the Great Resignation is a chronic and fatiguing crisis with no clearly defined end-state. What is now and will be the role of the Resilience Professional in navigating through this crisis? At the other end, has the role of the Resilience Professional changed? Is there even another end, a future end-state or is this the new normal? Are there skills, capabilities, approaches that are necessary to transition through this crisis that we had not foreseen? The panel will discuss all of these issues from a variety of differing business perspectives. Audience participation will be a key element of this session.
