Continuity Insights and the Contingency Planning Exchange have announced the conference program for the 2019 Continuity Insights New York Conference, taking place October 21 at Credit Suisse, located at 11 Madison Avenue in the heart of New York City.
A wide spectrum of sessions dealing with the future of disaster planning, aligning BC management and supplier risk management programs, the path to operational resiliency, cyber security planning, buying resilience as a service, developing BC/DR programs that maximize mobile devices, active shooter preparedness, and more will give participants the chance to exchange best practices, expand their horizons, and realize their full professional potential as they strive to build the ultimate resilient organization.
Featured speakers include representatives from KPMG, Verizon, FS-ISAC, Protinue, IHS Markit, ETS (Educational Testing Service), the Contingency Planning Exchange, World Cares Center, Marriott, and more.
“This is the most diverse conference program we’ve ever had for New York,” said Robert Nakao, Executive Publisher of Continuity Insights. “Our goal is to provide education, networking, and the exchange of ideas and information to all business continuity professionals, from millennials to seasoned practitioners, regardless of the sophistication of their technology, industry, or company size.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other practitioners during the attendee breakfast and lunch, breaks between sessions, and in the exhibit hall. More than two dozen business continuity service providers and consultants will be demonstrating products and answering questions in a relaxed setting during exhibit hours.
The conference program will conclude at 5:00 p.m.
