Continuity Insights Management Conference

The New York City Metro ACP Chapter has announced that “Resiliency & Risk Management in Third Party Management Ecosystems” will be the topic of discussion at its March meeting. The session will take place on Thursday, March 21, 2019 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at MLMIC Insurance Company, 2 Park Avenue, New York, NY.

Globalization continues and business partnerships are increasingly being leveraged as strategic enablers. There has been a rapidly increasing dependence upon third party relationships hence the importance to build resiliency and risk management into your third party management ecosystems.

During this presentation, Steve Greenstein, Senior Lead Advisory Consultant with Fusion Risk Management, will highlight the risks inherent in third party management, strategies, and a recommended best practices approach in building a resilient and effective third party management architecture.

Greenstein is a seasoned senior lead advisor who helps clients think through the design/development, implementation and management of enterprise-wide risk, resiliency and recovery programs. He brings over 25 years of expertise in enterprise technology risk management and program and project solutions and services. He has specific distinction in business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise resiliency planning, testing and process improvement.
