ACP/NY Metro Chapter Announces July Meeting Topic

The New York City Metro ACP Chapter has announced that Ann Pickren, Chief Customer Officer for OnSolve, will be the featured speaker for its July 2022 online virtual meeting.

Pickren’s presentation, “Organizational Resilience and the Changing Role of the Continuity Leader,” will provide an overview of what it means to be a resilient organization and actionable steps to start shifting from a culture of continuity to true organizational resilience.

Organizational Resilience is quickly becoming the key focus of executive leaders and board members in organizations of all sizes across most industries. But true resilience is about more than developing and executing a business continuity plan, it’s about an organization’s ability to be agile in the way it approaches risk. It’s an organization-wide shift in mindset, that requires executive support and a cycle of continuous improvement. The continuity leader is in a unique position to champion this change and drive a culture of resilience within their organization.

The session will take place on Thursday, July 28, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Register here.
