The New York City Metro ACP Chapter has announced that internationally known consultant and educator Steve Crimando, a specialist in the application of the behavioral sciences in homeland and private security, violence prevention, crisis management, and disaster response, will be the featured speaker for its February online virtual meeting.
Crimando’s presentation, “It’s Their Home, But Your Office: A 10-Point Plan for Mitigating Work-From-Home Risks,” will provide an overview of the risks and relevant regulations pertaining to the safety and security of employees working from home, as well as a 10-point plan for improving the safety and security of the workforce and others in and around the home-based office.

About the Speaker: Steve Crimando, MA, CHPP, CTM, is the principal and founder of Behavioral Science Applications LLC, an operational risk management consultancy located in the New York metropolitan area. He is a consultant and educator focused on the human element in security and emergency management. He is a Certified Threat Manager (CTM), Certified Homeland Protection Professional (CHPP) and a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress (BCETS) with more than 30 years of experience in the field.
