How can you achieve new heights of resiliency within your organization and become better prepared to respond to the next big event? The 2021 Continuity Insights Management Conference scheduled for October 4-6, at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, offers an inside track. More than 70 in-person featured sessions and six individual educational tracks highlight the 19th annual meeting.
The conference educational tracks are devoted to Case Studies, Trending Topics, Program Development & Advancement, Measurement, Metrics, and Maturity, and Professional Development, as well as the highly anticipated “Ask the Experts” panels.

The preliminary schedule kicks off on Saturday and Sunday, October 2-3 with a selection of pre-conference workshops and certification classes, providing in-depth learning related to key business continuity and resilience topics.
The main conference will commence on Monday, October 4. The opening keynote will explore Critical IT Infrastructure Resilience: Pre- and Post-Pandemic.
Given that critical infrastructures, processes, policies, supply chain, cloud, networking, along with a myriad of essential protocols that were designed and built pre-COVID, what challenges and vulnerabilities did COVID reveal? While many organizations quickly adapted and responded effectively, many did not. This presentation will unlock some of the key lessons learned and best practices developed to help you be better prepared for the next big event.
During the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to network with other practitioners during attendee breakfasts, lunches, breaks between sessions, and the opening night welcome reception in the exhibit hall on Monday evening. More than 50 business continuity service providers and consultants will be demonstrating products and answering questions in a relaxed setting during exhibit hours.
The main conference program will conclude at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6.
Post-conference certification and workshops will be conducted on Thursday and Friday, October 7-8. Both pre- and post-conference programs are available to all attendees for an additional fee outside the conference registration.
