Continuity Insights Management Conference

The 17th annual Continuity Insights Management Conference will commence on Monday, April 15 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, New Orleans, Louisiana.

The conference comprises three days (April 15-17, 2019) of comprehensive educational programming, numerous networking opportunities, including a review of the latest technologies and practices, additional certification, post-conference workshops, and much more. It’s the industry’s most advanced educational event for experienced business continuity professionals.

In addition, the Business Continuity Institute’s “2019 BCI Americas Awards Presentation” will take place during the opening night reception on Sunday, April 14.

“The Continuity Insights Management Conference has a rich tradition of showcasing the best and the brightest business continuity practitioners,” Executive Publisher and Conference Chairman Bob Nakao said. “In addition, the curriculum features the deepest, most advanced-level education program available at any industry educational event.”

The conference will feature two keynote speakers and more than 100 presenters and panelists representing the top thought leaders and subject matter experts for strategic business continuity discussion, while offering unmatched opportunities to learn from and network with those responsible for the integrity, availability, resilience, and security of their organizations.

Pete O’Dell is an internationally known author, technologist, and entrepreneur. Jim Stickley is a well-known “identity thief” who has stolen credit cards, hacked Social Security numbers, robbed banks, and created fake ATMs.

As the Conference’s two featured keynotes, O’Dell and Stickley will share their experience and expertise on topics that impact the resiliency and integrity of organizations large and small. They’ll generate new ideas and discussion topics and challenge you to think about the resiliency of your business in a new light. O’Dell, will keynote day one with “Emerging Technology Impact: The “Need-to-Knows” for Business Continuity Professionals.” Stickley, CEO of Stickley on Security, will kick-off day 2 of the conference with his presentation, “Fraud is the New “F” Word.”

Each day of the conference will give those business continuity professionals in attendance the chance to participate in essential sessions addressing critical topics that will help them stretch boundaries, form meaningful collaborations, acquire first-hand information from subject matter experts, and learn how to incorporate exciting new skills, methods, and tools into their own business continuity plans.
