18th Edition BCM Compensation Report Released

BC Management has announced the release of the 2020 BCM Compensation Report. The 18th annual edition has been published in partnership with the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).

The findings throughout the report highlight continued growth and prosperity for the Business Continuity/Resiliency profession. The average base compensation for all study respondents was $110,340 USD, which was a 15% increase from the previous year. Of course, so many factors influence your individual compensation and this report assesses how years of experience, job title, degree, certification, leadership skills and much more impact your earning potential.
