ACP Seeking Candidates for National Board of Directors

The Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP) is now accepting nominations for positions on its 2018 National Board of Directors. Four positions are currently open, each with a term of three years.

ACP National supports local ACP chapters as they strive to develop and advance continuity professionals to be accomplished in their careers. The ACP National Board has strategic oversight responsibility for setting direction, establishing collaborative resources, and in general answering to the Chapter Leadership teams in helping them achieve their mission.

“ACP plays an important role as the National voice of our profession,” said Bill Jancouskas, a retiring Board member and Chair of the Nominations Committee. “It’s a great opportunity to give back to the industry by lending your leadership skills, knowledge and experience,” he added.

The slate of candidates will be announced in September. The voting by the ACP membership will be in October.

Prospective candidates can obtain more information and complete the nomination letter on the ACP website at www.acp-international.com.
